  • Bookings – managed securely through our partner Cloudbeds, including payment processing. Boath House does not store card details. (See Cloudbeds Privacy Policy).
  • Enquiry forms – details you provide (such as name, email, message). Stored in Webflow, our website provider.
  • Live chat (Tidio) – if you use our chat, we may collect your name, email, and message. Tidio processes this data on our behalf. If you subscribe to a newsletter via chat, we only use your email with your consent.
  • Website usage data – IP address, device type, browsing behaviour, via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Location data – when you use our embedded Google Maps feature.
  • Future marketing data – if you sign up to a mailing list (not yet active).
